These sessions take advantage of specialised Pilates equipment and are taught in a highly personalised way. Studio sessions are recommended for all rehabilitation clients or anyone who seeks the benefits of a program designed to meet their specific needs. As appropriate we will work on strength, endurance, flexibility, control and posture using a variety of imaginative and invigorating exercises for which Pilates is famous.
Sessions are available in either private (instructor & one client) or semi-private (instructor & up to 5 clients) formats. It is recommended that new studio clients attend an initial private physiotherapy consultation to assess posture, movement patterns and history of injuries. This information will guide the design of a program to suit your requirements and personal goals.
